Unfortunately, I have had to take a few family members and one friend into the Emergency Department at St Vincent's Hospital on 5 occasions in the last few weeks. None of the issues have been related to each other.
I am so impressed by the care from the staff there. Even under challenging circumstances, they do their best to meet everyone's needs and with a smile.
One nurse, Holly, was there on multiple occasions and asked me about the various family members. I was touched she remembered and cared, even when she was so busy. A big shout out to the fabulous Emergency staff.
