"Stand out staff member"

Having spent almost 2 weeks in the general ward at Sydney Eye Hospital, I'd like to compliment, Frank, who is one of the wards persons. I felt (on some days) that I wanted to be outside! Frank would park a wheelchair almost every afternoon outside the room and when he had a break he would wheel me down onto the grassy area. Trees, birds, people and sunshine is a wonderful therapy. 

Frank would collect me after 15 mins - I have to say that this man is a hard worker, is known by all staff, obviously liked by all patients, as far as I could see. I thank him so much. Of course, I also thank every single staff member!
