"Experience in the waiting area"

I was truly disgusted to attend the Ambulatory Care waiting area recently. With COVID breaking out across Sydney, it seemed there were many elderly/disabled people, not social distancing and not a mask in sight.

The disabled toilet was filthy, in my opinion. A restaurant I've attended has a sheet in the toilet that I believe the cleaner initials every few minutes. They care. In my opinion, Royal North Shore doesn’t. There was a COVID Inspector strolling around; in my opinion, the most bored, ineffective young person you could imagine.

I believe RNS will become a hotspot; wait and see. In my opinion, the administration should be ashamed of themselves.
