Due to Covid 19, consultations were by phone, so, unfortunately, I didn't get to meet Continence Nurse Ebony from Bass Coast Health face-to-face.

Over our series of consultations, Ebony proved to be extremely competent, considerate, friendly and caring.

Her professional advice has helped enormously.
