"My spouse’s treatment in ED"

About: Albany Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as a carer),

I took my spouse in after an accident in which they ended up with a badly broken wrist and bruised ribs.

Everyone we dealt with were extremely professional and caring and I cannot speak highly enough of them even when a sudden severe trauma patient came in, I felt my spouse was still taken care of.

Thank you so much for your care and compassion.

Dear nuthatchfq87,

Thank you for sharing your experience about the Emergency Department (ED) of Albany Health Campus. ED is often a very busy department with challenging and complex care requirements. It’s great to know that you and your spouse received consistent and compassionate care. It is always rewarding to receive positive feedback and I will share your lovely words with all of our staff. I hope that your spouse is recovering well and send you and your family my best wishes for the New Year.

Kind regards,

Vicky Besier

Nurse Manager, Emergency Department
