"Busselton Hospital ED"

About: Busselton Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I went to the hospital with toothache (realising it’s not a real emergency but painful as). The staff were so understanding. Tracey, the triage nurse, was so professional and the doctor, Joel, was just lovely. They were both so caring. The department was really busy and I was still seen quickly and efficiently.   The service to the local community is second to none. What a great team.

Dear One happy customer,

I am so sorry to hear that you needed to attend the Emergency Department recently with a bad toothache. We do understand how painful they can be.

Tracey and Joel will be delighted that you thought them professional and caring and we will pass this on to them. We are very fortunate at Busselton to have an excellent and empathic team in the Emergency Department and throughout the campus.

Thank you for taking the time to post this good outcome.

Kind Regards

Vicki Charters
