"An altogether positive experience"

About: Busselton Health Campus / Allied Health Outpatient Service

(as a service user),

I went into rehab after 8 days in Pemberton Hospital being treated for loss of balance and falling over.

Excellent facility, staffed by suitably qualified physios etc. Diagnosis and exercise programme was spot on and exercises done religiously every day.

Staff were very helpful and personable. An altogether positive experience.

Dear beidpz65,

It can be very daunting to be losing balance and falling over. Glad to hear you worked hard on your exercises while in hospital and hopefully continue to do so– the physiotherapists will be pleased when your feedback is passed on.

Busselton Health Campus Rehab team, including medical, nursing and allied health staff, endeavours to provide patient centred programmes to meet individual patient’s needs and activity levels to ensure you leave hospital well on your way to recovery.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback regarding your recent admission to Busselton Hospital. We are fortunate to have such an excellent facility and staff providing excellent care.

I hope you Stay on your Feet!

Regards

Jenny Hoskins,

Allied Health Manager, Coastal Hospitals
