"Overall experience at Busselton Hospital"

About: Busselton Health Campus / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I recently spent a week in the Busselton Hospital and feel the need to express my deep appreciation for the excellent care I received from all staff members during that time. 

The Doctor who examined me on arrival in ED left no stone unturned in his thorough investigation and attention to detail regarding my illness. I felt listened to and treated with respect.

The nursing staff were compassionate, friendly and amazingly efficient. Their open communication about my condition was reassuring. 

Those good people who cleaned my room and wheeled me back and forth for scans and X-rays had some very entertaining conversations to brighten my day. 

Thank you for all who cared for me.

It is fantastic to know that you received such wonderful care during your recent admission. The staff in both the Emergency Department, the Inpatient units and our Support services will be really happy to hear your feedback and to know that you felt so cared for during this stressful time.
