"Day Surgery"

About: Wonthaggi Hospital / Theatre

(as the patient),

Having just been in the hospital for a day procedure, I would like to thank the kind, caring and very capable staff.

From the pre-admission appointment to the procedure being completed and me being sent home, every person I came into contact with was lovely, very easy to talk to and easy to communicate with.

A very busy little hub, especially with the extra checks and procedures to follow due to COVID, the staff worked together like a well-oiled machine. Even though I couldn't see smiley faces I could hear the kindness and cheer from behind the masks.

From the security at the door to the theatre staff and everyone I had to talk to in between you are all awesome and we are all lucky to have this great facility in our community.
