(as the patient),

I am a senior male and I was admitted to Fiona Stanley Hospital through Emergency recently with Lower Limb Ischemia.

Firstly St John Ambulance care was terrific and I am so glad that my wife called the ambulance.

The whole team in Emergency were amazing and my case was handled very speedily.

When I entered Ward 4c I was treated by the most wonderful people.

I can't say enough about the professional and caring attitude of all of the staff I saw. 

Thank you one and all. I am so grateful.
