About: Busselton Health Campus / Day Surgery

(as the patient),

Welcome, was how I felt from reception on ground floor to being admitted to the Day Hospital. The staff were caring, patient and I felt, actually seemed happy to be there, fantastic for a patient who may be anxious, concerned or scared of what awaited them whatever their procedure. They put you at ease, keeping heart rate and blood pressure down! My procedure was minor but I believe many weren't and I am sure all were grateful for the kindness shown. Thank you Doctors, Nurses and admin staff. After waking, the "cuppa" and "sangas" were very welcome.
