About: Fremantle Hospital and Health Service / Rehabilitation in the Home

(as the patient),

I have been receiving care from rehabilitation in the home. Finished recently. It couldn’t have been better. They're professional, interesting and had the right knowledge. I could not fault them in any way. 

There were Emma and Sarah and all the other staff members whose names I cannot remember.
