(as the patient),

The time has come for me to leave Wlya. I feel sad and overwhelmed, Wyla has become my second home, the staff here are second to none and I am going to miss being here so much. Wyla has given me a second chance and has helped me get back to the basics of life and be grateful for the small things. My case worker went above and beyond for me and helped me understand how valuable I am.
