"Emergency Care"

Just want to shout out the smooth and efficient operation of the Emergency Department at Geraldton Regional Hospital recently. 

When I rang the general practitioner I was given no other option than presenting to ED. I felt reluctant to do this because they are so busy and my complaint so minor.

There are so many characters involved in the simplest hospital interaction, it is impossible to name them all (naming any neglects so many), I admire the rapid triage work of David, gentle reception and IV insertion by Rachel and the Student nurse, polite information from Emily, transport from PSA staff, opportunistic screening by Kerrie.

The sense of relief at having no cardiac finding was not depleted or lack of serious consideration.
