Staff were helpful and professional. It was a bit tricky to find and the staff at the initial entrance didn’t know where it was. Other than that a positive experience.

I was very pleased to read you had such a positive experience at our HUB.

We do endeavour to have the HUB location well signposted and communicated via our SGH door screeners so thank you for raising this as a concern.
