I recently learned that the small town I live in does not have a pathology service that can get blood samples to Perth for analysis over the weekend. I had to have some critical blood tests over the weekend so I could try for a baby with IVF.  Collie is about an hour away from my home so I called Collie hospital to ask if they could help.

From the initial call taker who directed my call to the pathology staff who checked all the processes and enlisted the help of the ED staff - everyone was so incredibly helpful, kind and encouraging. A plan was made for me to attend and have the blood sample taken with the help of these wonderful staff at Collie Hospital- so grateful for their help and understanding. Big thank you to Collie Hospital.
