I just want to say thank you so much to the staff on the Day Medicine Procedure Unit. I had to have an iron infusion and I was very anxious about it. The staff were very kind and caring and made me very comfortable. I am especially grateful to Patrizia, who held my hand and talked to me the whole time, I couldn't have gotten through it without her helping me.

Thank you for taking the time to share such a positive experience. I have spoken with the Nurse Unit Manager who oversees the Day Medical Procedure (DMP) Unit, and asked that they specifically pass on your wonderful compliment to Patrizia.

All of our staff are caring, kind and compassionate people, who work very hard often under pressure, so it is lovely to know that they still complete their jobs with the level of care you describe.
