(as the patient),

Went to Busselton Health Campus with excruciating pain in the centre of chest and feeling sick early in the morning.

I would humbly like to thank each and everyone in the ED. The team were so thorough, they did every test possible when an anomaly showed on ECG around 3 and a half hours later. Unaware I had had a heart attack, I was transferred to St John Of God Bunbury Coronary Care Unit where an Angioplasty was performed and a Stent put in (LAD 95%). By that night I was in recovery. Thank you for saving my life.

We are so pleased that you had such a good outcome from your recent attendance at Busselton Health Campus ED. Fantastic that you went to SJOG CCU and they were able to do the angioplasty straight away and resolve the 95% blockage you had in your LAD.

The staff will be delighted with your thanks and I will pass that onto them.
