Big thank you to Dr Luke who was so thorough and gentle with my teenage daughter in a very busy Emergency Department recently. He was a great communicator with my daughter and myself and took the time to carefully explain all the options. We felt very safe and very cared for.

Thank you for your feedback complimenting the care and treatment your daughter received at the Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) Emergency Department (ED).

PCH staff strive to provide the best possible care to their patients and are keen to uphold the highest standards. Staff are especially delighted when they receive recognition from patients and their families, and I have ensured that your letter is passed on to staff and Dr Luke.
