"ED Staff and Dr"

About: Wyalkatchem-Koorda Health Service / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I fell in my backyard cut my head open I had to call an ambulance as blood was pouring into my eyes and I was taken to Wyalkatchem Koorda Hospital.

I was seen straight away and Dr Olumyiwa came from the surgery and started treating me and I couldn’t ask for any more from Dr Olumyiwa and his treatment.

I am so pleased that we have a Dr, Hospital and Volunteer Ambulance Service here in town and that we are looked after by these people, also the nursing staff at Wyalkatchem I believe there would not be a hospital without you plus all the other staff as well. I feel that the staff are friendly and caring, the hospital is clean and they make sure all the patients are looked after. Thanks to the kitchen for my sandwich and nurse who made me a cup of tea.

Dear Rings,

Thank you for your positive feedback regarding your attendance at Wyalkatchem Hospital.

The team at Wyalkatchem strives to provide friendly quality care to any person who attends the hospital and I’m pleased to hear that this was the case for you.

I will also pass on your kind words to Dr Olumyiwa and the local ambulance drivers who attended at Wyalkatchem. It is great to see the community working as a team to provide care to their residents.

I hope that you have now recovered from your injury and I wish you the best for the future.

Kind Regards,

Karen Horsley
