"Excellent and attentive care"

About: Perth Children's Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

My son was concussed playing sport and we were advised by the onsite medics to present to PCH to have him checked. From triage through to discharge (less than 2 hours) I felt we were both treated with respect and dignity from very attentive and thorough clinicians, who showed appropriate concern for my son and made us feel well cared for.

Dear ImpressedByPCH,

I would like to thank you for taking the time to share your encouraging comments and feedback about the staff and care you and your son received at the Perth Children’s Hospital Emergency Department (ED) recently.

I will make sure to pass it on to the staff in the ED as I know they will be very pleased to hear this.

My apologies for the delay in my response, but I would like you to know your feedback is greatly appreciated by myself and all ED staff.

I hope your son is recovering well and thank you once again for sharing your positive experience in what must have been a stressful experience for all involved.

Kind regards,

Sue Baker
