I had severe vertigo. The medical team at the POW hospital were very professional and investigated any possible causes.
This story is mainly about the Occupational Therapist Ross. He came and gave me a treatment for vertigo on the afternoon of the day I was admitted. He was absolutely delightful. He was professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. He gave me his pager number for a follow-up appointment after the weekend as I was still not vertigo free.
In that second treatment, my symptoms were resolved. He was again extremely knowledgeable and professional. I believe he is passionate about his desire to help people and about his chosen profession. I believe he is an exemplary model of what an excellent health care person should aspire to.
I couldn't be happier with his treatment and service. He even arranged a follow up to ensure my symptoms had resolved.
