"Well cared for during and after my procedure"

I had a gastroscopy at Bentley and it was honestly the nicest hospital experience I've ever had. All the staff I interacted with were friendly, warm and welcoming from admission up until discharge. Service was efficient and timely, and I was not left feeling uneasy or wondering about my care. They give you ample time to ask questions, adequate directions and explanations whenever something was being done. Same for having the IV cannula put in, the entire process was painless. 

Anyone who is receiving this service from them have my vote of confidence that the staff will go above and beyond to see to your issues and make you feel as comfortable as possible.
