(as the patient),

I've had counselling from Philip at BCH. 

Phil helped me through some of my lowest time's and most desperate situations when I might have died by suicide. 

In the time he was able to work with me on my emotional inadequacies he showed me ways to be a better father and partner. Since then I've never been closer to my lovely children and their amazing mother.

Dear scorecardee84,

It's very courageous to seek help at our low times - this I something you should be so very proud of. It sounds to me like Phil was working with someone who was very committed but I also have no doubt that his skill and expertise was valuable to you. He is a wonderful man, a very caring and compassionate counsellor and a lovely person to have on our team. I know he will be extremely humbled by your comments. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about our counselling team and I wish you and your family much happiness.
