"Tele-health experience at Kalgoorlie hospital"

My father had a Tele-health appointment recently in Kalgoorlie and I wanted to comment on how lovely the lady that works in Tele-health was. The lady (sorry can’t remember her name) took us both through to the room and asked if we had used Tele-health before which we had not. Maybe she seen we were a little apprehensive, I don’t know, but the time she took to explain what would happen throughout the appointment was wonderful. She made sure both dad and I understood, felt comfortable, could hear the dr and she also gave us her number to call if we needed anything at all. What a good service Tele-health is and I am so appreciative of the support we received. Well done young lady, in my opinion, you can certainly tell you love what you do.
