My parent was due to be transferred to a rehab facility in the afternoon, unfortunately in the evening they were still waiting to be picked up. By this time I'd called the receiving hospital four times trying to find my parent.
I called John Fawkner and they said my parent was about to leave. I was still waiting. I'm appalled at how, I believe, pathetic their communication is with the immediate family.
I feel, perhaps they need to stop and think how they'd feel if it was their loved one in this position. Just a number JF just a number.
