"Exceptional care at Prince of Wales Hospital"

About: Prince of Wales Hospital / Occupational Therapy Department

(as a relative),

We’ve been visiting Prince of Wales for the last couple of years and have found everyone to be nice, polite, wonderful.

I took my Dad to see Occupational Therapist, Ross, at the Prince of Wales Hospital regarding crystals in his ears. Ross was just exceptional. So polite, friendly and to the to explain how crystals work - issues and problems with photos of the ears. He was so gentle with my dad.

He had a student/trainee person who very polite too. The way Dr Ross treated her – I couldn’t believe how polite and friendly he was to her. He was really professional with her. Just a sensational guy. He just made you feel like you were friends.

It is reassuring that the care provided by Ross (Occupational Therapist) during your Dads treatment at Prince Of Wales Hospital was polite, friendly and gentle. We appreciate your kind words about Ross and Prince of Wales Hospital.

I can advise that Ross has received your positive feedback. I thank you again and hope Dads health continues to improve.
