"Albany ED experience"

Recently on the weekend, about mid-morning, l was admitted to the ED after having a bit of a moment and falling through my patio roof and hitting the bricks hard.

I cannot speak highly enough of all those that were involved in my care, l'm sorry that l cannot remember any of your names (except Tams) thanks Tamara, your driving was seamless.

The nurses I dealt with were brilliant and ensured that l stayed calm throughout what could’ve been a very stressful situation.

My doctor was amazing, l just wish l remembered your name but thank you.

I think Albany is lucky to have such a professional group of people looking out for us.

In my opinion, maybe if you have had a bad experience at the ED, I think you should check your attitude before blaming the people that I feel are doing their best to help you - just saying!
