I would like to thank Renee, Brad and all of the ED night staff for the care I received recently. I was admitted to ED promptly, treated immediately and made to feel cared for. I am sure there were many other patients. I wouldn’t know, I was being continuously sick and was dealt with quickly. Everyone explained to me exactly what they were doing even though I didn’t really care at the time. Thank you for everything you all did for me and I am improving.

We acknowledge that having to visit an ED is a very distressing time and our staff do their best to make your experience at Broome Hospital as stress-free as possible. Our emergency department has been pretty busy of late, so it is great to hear that despite that, you felt you were well informed and that you were so well looked after.

Positive feedback such as yours is essential in encouraging and supporting our staff. I will make sure to pass on your compliments to the staff mentioned and the ED team.
