About: St George Hospital COVID Vaccine Hub

(as the patient),

I had my first COVID-19 vaccination at St George Kogarah. The whole process was very quick - I was in, registered, vaccinated and waited in the recovery room all in under 45 minutes. 

The staff were extremely nice, helpful and professional and made me feel at ease despite coming in feeling nervous.

My only other feedback is that I think it would be good to have chairs when waiting in line in the hallway as I have a disability and standing is painful. Or alternatively having someone check upon signing in if there a person has any accessibility needs. 

Overall, a very good experience.

It is always good to know any areas of improvement we can make in the Hub, so thank you for your suggestions regarding additional chairs and checks of those waiting in the line.

I was pleased to read that overall your experience was positive and that you thought our staff were helpful and professional and I will be sure to provide your feedback to the staff working in the hub.
