Who really looks forward to going to hospital?

Had a shoulder operation booked at Busselton with an overnight stay.

From my first encounter with reception, I was more than impressed. All my interaction with multiple hospital staff was always reassuring, informative, professional and compassionate. Seriously, I felt all aspects of my stay were amazing, very impressed.
