About: St George Hospital COVID Vaccine Hub

(as the patient),

I booked for Kogarah, and I had to go searching for arrows to locate the hospital. The staff was friendly but I feel it would be great to have more sign boards as this is a huge hospital and in my opinion, the sign boards currently are not placed in an easy way to spot. I felt the queuing system was also a bit confusing at first. Need a sign board with instructions around the different stages or steps to follow.

The staff was very patient and helpful.

Thank you for your feedback about the COVID Vaccine Hub at St George Hospital

I will certainly ensure that we review our signage and wayfinding to ensure it is easy for those receiving their vaccine to find the HUB.

It is good to know any areas of improvement with the newly created Hub.
