(as the patient),

The staff that attended to me were fantastic. After a really serious stay in ICU then moved to 9c, I was taken care of with the highest quality of service and understanding. Especially as a transgender woman.

I can appreciate how worried you must have felt during your stay in ICU and it is reassuring to know you felt supported and cared for throughout this process.
