"Personal belongings"

About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Medical Imaging

(as the patient),

Admin took necklaces removed from my neck for a chest x-ray and they have never been given back to me. I see that as a lack of care for rural patients not from the local town.

Dear scorecardex57,

I am disappointed to hear about your negative experience visiting our medical imaging department. I can only imagine how frustrated you must have felt not being a resident of Kalgoorlie and realising that you did not have your belongings.

I would really appreciate the opportunity to investigate your care, and I would be very grateful if you could please contact Mr Scott Jones, who is the Operations Manager at the Kalgoorlie Campus.

Scott will be able to arrange a thorough review of your care. Scott can be contacted on 08 9080 5817 or via email at Scott.Jones2@health.wa.gov.au.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, your feedback allows us to continue to improve our patient care and discharge processes.

I hope you are recovering well and we hope to hear from you soon.

Kind Regards

Peter Tredinnick

Regional Director
