"Fabulous care offered by doctors at the Prince of Wales Hospital, Randwick"

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to pass on my utmost gratitude and appreciation the outstanding staff who have made my mother feel comfortable and at ease during her visit to the emergency department.

Dr Michael and Dr David made it their priority to ensure a frail, apprehensive, vulnerable and anxious 80-year-old woman, presenting to the emergency department with breathing difficulties, felt comfortable, at ease, heard and cared for in her predicament.

Both Dr Michael and Dr David's care for my mother, their compassion and humanity were second to none and, I feel, must be applauded.

I would appreciate if you could please pass this information onto each of them as well as to their superiors.

I would also like to mention the wonderful nurses, Katherine and Alex, who cared for my mother. Both took a great deal of time and energy to clearly explain my mother’s situation to her, allowing her the time she needed to comprehend her situation. Again, I ask that you please pass on my gratitude to Katherine and Alex as well as to their superiors.
