About: St George Hospital COVID Vaccine Hub

(as a service user),

In my opinion, the process was very well coordinated from booking the appointment to receiving the vaccine. I felt the staff managed constant large volumes of people with professionalism and good humour. 

As someone who gets anxious about not knowing where to go and what to do, I was deeply reassured. I believe the program and the team are a credit to the public health system.
