(as the patient),

I arrived in the early hours of the morning with some chest pain. I was given pain relief within half an hour, had an ECG and was brought into the ward not long after. My doctor, Lynne, was absolutely fantastic. From start to finish, I feel she provided me with the best care and was very informative. 

I received some bad news but she handled that perfectly and I believe was exemplary in every way. It made my short stay so much better than it would normally have been otherwise.
