"Time to talk and explain"

In my opinion, the uncertain condition and misinformation about the vaccines and the virus have stirred the anxiety and lack of trust in the authority. 

The medical practitioner in St George hospital that gave me the jab, spent that extra 2 minutes to explain the vaccines and re-assure the vaccines' safety and the risk. In my experience, it’s delivered neutrally and professionally. I found another 1 minute talking of social setting (e.g. work/family) brings the warmth and the cohesiveness of a human beings.
