"Rude phone receptionist"

About: Sale Hospital

(as a relative),

I phoned to be put through to the ward my family member was in recently one morning. I first asked the receptionist a couple of questions before putting me through and I believe they sighed heavily at my questions and then before putting my call through said, as I recalled, oh god here we go.

It was so rude and if that’s is how your staff regularly speak to people I feel it’s disgraceful.
