(as a carer),

My daughter was recently unwell and had a short stay in the children’s ward. The nurses, doctors, administrative and other staff were all amazing. My daughter was never scared of treatment and the staff had such a kind bedside manner with her. Our room was lovely, facilities excellent as was the food. 

Thank you to all staff at FSH, especially Ward 3A 😊

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. Our entire paediatric team are a very special group of people and I am proud of the care they provide to our paediatric patients; often in difficult circumstances.

I have passed on your thanks to Ward 3A and the paediatric team (and the catering team!) with my added note of appreciation.
