(as the patient),

I had an appointment recently at the Sydney Eye Hospital OPD and I have to say that the care I was given was absolutely awesome. I attended 2 different departments at the hospital and I felt everyone went above and beyond to help me with my issue. I am extremely grateful for the care I was given that day.
