(as a parent/guardian),

Admitted our 7yo son with an infection in his leg. The staff were amazing. We were there for 9 days as antibiotics weren’t working. As they didn’t have an MRI, they arranged for us to fly to Perth and lucky as he required surgery. Unfortunately no MRI in the Kimberley which meant we had to fly 2000km but this isn’t the staff's fault. They were so caring and amazing to deal with.

We are so sorry to hear your son has been unwell, we understand it can be a stressful time with a child in Hospital. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us.

It is reassuring to hear our staff were so caring and despite travel to Perth being required you still had a positive experience. We have passed on your kind compliments to all of our staff, and thank you again for taking the time to share your personal experience.
