Me and my young child go to Innisfail hospital for my child's ear check up. First they asked us for waiting in waiting area and after some time nurse called us for basic check-up. After basic check-up, nurse send us back to waiting area and said wait for doctor call.
Me and my child waiting there for over an hour but no one call us for doctor. I go back to reception and asked them how long you gone take time? I recall the nurse said no idea, there some sick patients so doctors busy with them so you have to wait.
We understand about hospital policy they give sick patients priority, but I believe they also have to understand one kid patient waiting for doctor from last over an hour maybe kid getting hungry, maybe kid have pain in ear and etc. They seemingly don't care about anything, if they don't have enough staff or doctors then I feel they have to hire some staff.
