I am in my 60s and have been fortunate enough to be a member of an Eastern Health Community Care Physio programme - Strong & Steady. The exercises in this programme, offered twice a week online over 45 minute sessions, are to assist me to keep active with my rheumatoid arthritis and "dicky" knees, and prepare me for better health outcomes as I age.
I am pleased to notice that I feel energised after each session, and am motivated to fit in an extra session on my own each week whilst watching a webinar or the evening news.
In my opinion, a great initiative from Eastern Health and long may it continue!
