"Not one complaint"

About: Kalgoorlie Health Campus / Surgical Ward

(as the patient),

Due to having my foot damaged by a horse jumping on it, it developed an infection. 1 week in hospital. I felt the care I received by the complete team was amazing. This includes kitchen and cleaners, as well as a very confident and capable medical team.

I believe the nursing staff are worked very hard, sometimes working a double shift. I commend their effort. Not one complaint. In my opinion, they all seemed happy to do this in the best interest of their patients and loyalty to their employment.

I believe Kalgoorlie is very fortunate to have this hospital that is providing outstanding service to the people that live here. It is with gratitude and appreciation I give this feedback.

Thank you for your very positive feedback regarding all our staff at Kalgoorlie Hospital and those involved in your care on Surgical Ward. It really does matter to our staff when they get such positive feedback. It gives context to their efforts as we continue to deal with the on-going effects of this pandemic and continue to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming service to the community. It is really a boost to their morale.
