I joined MGP5 after my GP referral in my second trimester. My experience with MGP5 was a positive one and I felt assured that I was well taken care of.
It was a blessing to have continuity of care and to be able to see the same medical professional each visit at KEMH. There were a few times during my pregnancy where I had some concerns however Jess and Maddie were only a phone call away and were available 24/7. My patient records were kept up to date and well detailed, and I felt it was seamless when I was referred to clinic, ultrasound and CTG.
Jess was there for my birth which ended up being an emergency caesarean which was scary and unexpected but I felt she was fantastic and really looked after us. Both Jess and Maddie came to visit us at home and called to check in a few times after we were discharged from the hospital to answer questions, weigh our baby and educate us. I felt we were very well looked after and felt more confident after the home visits.
Thank you Jess and Maddie for everything!
