(as the patient),

As a result of my recent admission for a TURP operation, I would like to comment on the extremely personal and professional service that I received from all levels of staff at the hospital. Upon my arrival, I was greeted very quickly and escorted to my impending ward and in a very short space of time, I was escorted to the operating theatre.

I wish to comment on the personal and extremely competent and friendly service I received from the members of the operating theatre and later in the recovery ward. From my time in the hospital ward, I would particularly like to thank the range of nurses who were involved with caring for myself and the other ward members throughout our stay. Their professional and personal care of what was a traumatic experience was of great assistance to my recovery and I'm sure for the other members of the ward.
