"Hypnobirthing positive birth program"

I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Kasey and her team for this (the Hypnobirthing) program, at first I was sceptical about the hypno side of things as this has never really been me, but I felt it was sooooooooo much more than this.

I can't believe how differently I feel about birthing now after the course, I'm not scared at all, I'm excited, I feel empowered and ready.

Knowledge is power and the more tools you have the more options you have when things are changed during the birth. Based on my experience, I want every woman who is pregnant to do this course. The stories (not always going to plan) that give you real life experiences where women use these tools to welcome the new family members into the world.
