Went to get my first covid vaccination at community health Geraldton today. I walked in very nervous and all the staff whom I dealt with were very lovely and helpful.
In particular, I wanted to thank Tao, who administered my vaccine. I felt that he was such a lovely, positive, upbeat person. I don't deal with needles well, but he made it such a positive experience. He was good at calming me down and made sure to be quick with the needle process so that I didn't get overwhelmed.
I believe that you are lucky to have such a skilled person with such a great energy working there. I felt you could see he really cared for patients and loved his job! Awesome experience! 🙂
