(as a relative),

I was the family member of a patient. The doctors and nursing staff I saw were amazing. Despite how busy it was, I felt like my family member was well looked after and though there was a wait we were kept well informed. The explanations were clear and care was shown. A big thank you to all the staff I saw. I feel we are lucky to have such amazing care in Albany.
